Surgery Overview
Princess vibes for Princesa. This adorable 11-month-old Chihuahua mix came to us after her owner noticed a red, round swelling in the corner of her eye. During her exam, we confirmed it was cherry eye — a prolapsed tear gland in the third eyelid, which can cause irritation, tearing, and discomfort if left untreated. Surgery was the best option to restore her comfort and protect her eye health, and we’re happy to report it went perfectly! Princesa was incredibly brave throughout the process and is now healing wonderfully.
