A sweet Miniature Poodle came to us after suddenly developing a limp in her left hind leg with noticeable lameness. Her owners brought her in to figure out what was going on.
Radiographs confirmed a cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) tear, which is a common injury in dogs that causes pain and instability in the knee joint.
Based on the findings, TPLO surgery was recommended to restore stability and help her return to normal movement.
The procedure went smoothly and was a success, and she recovered beautifully—waking up comfortable and already showing signs of improved comfort and pain-free movement
We’re so happy to see her on the road to recovery and feeling better every day!
