This 9-month-old male Golden Retriever came to us as an urgent case after being hit by an SUV. He was unable to walk, had very low energy, and was crying out in pain when being picked up.
Radiographs revealed a severe fracture in his left hind leg, requiring immediate fracture repair surgery. He was in significant pain, but showed incredible strength throughout the process.
We’re happy to share that his surgery was successful, and he did amazing every step of the way. At his recent follow-up, he is now walking comfortably and improving more each day!
