Appointment Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time and check in with our front desk staff upon arrival. We strive to stay on time with our appointments, but delays are sometimes possible.
Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which may result in occasional appointment delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Walk-in Policy
We accept walk-ins from 9 am to 11 am and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Walk-in availability may change depending on the number of walk-ins we receive that day.
Please call us at (657) 656-3404 before coming in to confirm our current walk-in availability.
Cancellation & Late Policy
We understand that unexpected events may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel any appointments.
Please be aware that arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be treated as a walk-in, and you may be subject to a wait.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at checkout.
- For surgeries, prepayment is required at the time of surgery drop-off.
- We accept major credit cards, cash, CareCredit, and Scratch Pay. Checks are not accepted.
- We require a $1000 deposit for intensive or advanced surgical procedures.
Prescription Policy
By law, veterinarians cannot prescribe medications without a recent prior examination of your pet and current knowledge of their health.
A 24-hour notice is required for us to prepare any medications or prescriptions. We will contact you when your medication is ready.
After Hours Emergency
If your pet experiences an emergency outside of our business hours, please contact Orange County Emergency Pet Clinic at (714) 462-1829.
