Bao’s Journey to Pain-Free Walks
Bao, a 7-year-old Samoyed, came to us limping on her back left leg and unable to bear weight. Her owner wasn’t sure what caused it, but suspects she may have injured it on the stairs at home.
Radiographs revealed a torn cranial cruciate ligament—a common but painful injury that affects walking and playing.
Bao underwent TPLO surgery to stabilize her knee, and the procedure went smoothly! She’s making great strides toward a pain-free life, and we can’t wait to see her running and playing again soon.
