Stronger Every Step: Kailani’s Road to Recovery
Meet Kailani, a 1-year-old Poodle mix who had been limping on her left back leg for the past 4 months. After a thorough exam and radiographs, we found she had a cranial cruciate ligament tear—a common injury that can make every step painful.
She needed TPLO surgery to restore stability and get back to her playful, happy self. Since both legs were affected, we decided to start with the left first to give her the best chance at a smooth recovery.
The surgery went beautifully, and Kailani is already showing signs of progress! Each day brings stronger steps, wagging tails, and brighter adventures ahead. We’re so proud of her resilience—and we’ll be with her every step of the way!
