Say hello to Kimber, a sweet and resilient 4-year-old Labrador Retriever mix who came all the way from Las Vegas with her family after they heard about our hospital and trusted us for a second opinion. Kimber had been limping on her back right leg and had already been seen at another clinic, but her dedicated owner wanted to make sure she got the best possible care.
After a thorough exam and radiographs, Dr. Lee diagnosed a cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) injury and recommended TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) surgery. Understanding the urgency of both Kimber’s condition and her family’s travel plans, we prioritized her case and performed the surgery as soon as possible.
We’re happy to report that the procedure went smoothly! Kimber is now on the road to recovery, and we’re honored to be part of her journey.
