Stronger Than Ever: Wendy’s Story. Last year, Wendy, our brave 7-year-old English Shepherd, had a TPLO surgery on her back left leg. Recently, her back right leg started limping, and after a careful exam, we found that she needed another TPLO surgery.
Did you know? Dogs who experience a Cranial Cruciate Ligament (CCL) rupture in one leg have a 22–30% chance of the other leg rupturing within a few years. Wendy’s case is a reminder that even the strongest pups sometimes need a little extra care.
The surgery went smoothly, and Wendy is now on the road to recovery, already showing her resilience and happy spirit. We’re so proud of her!
